Your tasks
7. Contributing to the development of obsolescence solutions and upgrade concepts for company products in in-service support.
8. Creation of quantity frameworks and technical content for customer-specific service and maintenance concepts.
9. Technical management of in-service support spare parts orders, monitoring of repairs and overhauls, and support in optimizing and further developing the in-house repair process.
10. Support in planning and conducting technical reviews
11. Monitoring of specialist departments for the provision of development-related tasks within the framework of in-service support projects.
12. Support in negotiating technical aspects and coordinating technical contract content with customers, partners and suppliers.
13. Coordination of technical solution concepts for in-service support products and technical support of the in-service support products
14. Representation of the company to subcontractors, national and international government organizations and customers
Your profile
15. University degree or completed vocational training with several years of professional experience in project management-related topics, or alternatively a comparable qualification
16. Initial professional experience in the described field of work
17. Good SAP knowledge
18. Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
19. Teamwork skills and intercultural competence
