Responsibilities
* Design modular technical concepts to deliver electrified heat/cooling solutions to industrial and commercial customers.
* Develop commercial models to support product scaling and coordinate commercial and technical concepts into well-rounded customer offerings.
* Deploy scalable design, delivery, and operations guidelines to be adopted by regional units.
* Define go-to-market strategies, including segmentation, targeting, and marketing campaigns.
* Execute pilot projects and build on momentum to develop sales pipelines with regional units.
* Coordinate capability build-up at regional EIS units and create implementation plans to drive growth.
* Connect with external suppliers and OEMs to ensure access to state-of-the-art solutions.
Qualifications
* Engineering degree or equivalent, ideally with a focus on heat pump/refrigeration technology or process engineering.
* Several years of experience in technical sales or engineering discipline.
* Experience in the design and delivery of energy infrastructure projects.
* Outgoing, integrative personality with a can-do attitude.
* Good stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build bridges between people.
* Customer orientation and a strong commercial mindset.
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus (especially German, Swedish, Italian, and/or Polish).

* Ability to work from abroad: up to 20 days in the European Economic Area.
