Your impact
You will drive the commercial performance of a key brand across DACH, combining strategic brand leadership, omnichannel engagement, and strong stakeholder management.
Working closely with Sales, Medical, and Global teams, you will translate insights into action, challenge the status quo, and elevate field impact. Success in this role requires a pioneering, hands-on mindset and the agility to turn ideas into action in a dynamic environment.
You will lead a team of two marketers and one working student. You will report to the Marketing Director DACH.
The position is based in Martinsried (Germany), hybrid working is possible. xwminpx A valid work permit is required, and the role involves approximately 20% travel in the DACH region.
