Job Description
* Partner with plant and regional leadership to design and implement HR strategies that support operational and strategic goals.
* Lead workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.
* Drive employee engagement programs and support cultural transformation projects.
* Ensure compliance with labor law and collective agreements while fostering a positive work environment.
* Oversee performance management and organizational development processes.
* Support recruitment for critical roles and strengthen employer branding in the manufacturing sector.
* Prepare for future leadership by developing HR structures and mentoring junior HR staff.
The Successful Applicant
* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years as HR Business Partner in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
* Strong knowledge of German labor law and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
