Senior Industrial Designer (m/f/d)

Area of responsibilities:
1. Create visually compelling, high-quality product concepts that reflect our brand DNA and resonate with target users
2. Contribute to the design process for new developments and product updates, from concept through to production
3. Translate design briefs and user insights into innovative, functional, and production-ready proposals
4. Produce persuasive 2D and 3D visualizations to communicate design intent clearly to internal teams and external partners
5. Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and cross-functional teams to align design with functional, technical, and commercial goals
6. Support both digital and physical prototyping processes to validate and iterate on design concepts
7. Conduct trend research, benchmarking, and contribute to the definition of CMF (Color, Material, Finish) strategies
8. Participate in the review and refinement of samples, ensuring that final products meet design intent and brand quality standards
9. Present design concepts and progress clearly and confidently in internal reviews and cross-functional meeting
Profile of qualification:
10. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or a related field
11. 4–6 years of professional experience in industrial design, preferably within a consumer goods or lifestyle-focused company
12. Proven ability to bring designs from concept to production within collaborative, fast- paced, cross-functional environment
13. A well-rounded portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking, aesthetic refinement, and design execution
14. Advanced proficiency in 3D CAD software (Rhino preferred; experience with Creo is a plus)
15. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and real-world production constraints
16. High attention to detail with excellent eye for form, proportion, and visual detail
17. Ability to balance creativity with practical and commercial considerations with strong storytelling, visual communication, and presentation skills
18. Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under fast-paced timelines
19. Receptive to feedback and able to apply it constructively
20. Collaborative, open-minded, and motivated to contribute to team success
21. Fluent in English, German skills would be an asset
