As a Sales Manager in New Business, your responsibilities will include:
* Prospecting: Build relationships with new business across EMEA and occasionally internationally;
* Proposal Development: Formulate outstanding written proposals from informal documents to full formal RFP responses;
* Lead Targeting: Pro-actively target generated leads;
* System Utilization: Ensure that all internal systems are utilized to their full potential and show initiative in maximizing revenues;
* Quality Presentation: Ensure that all presentations of the company are of high quality, whether spoken, graphic, or written.

We are looking for a commercially driven person with the following background and attributes:
* At least 3 years of proven sales experience, including success in new business development;
* Ideally, experience in the exhibitions, events, or live brand experience sector;
* Strong network in Germany within sectors such as industrial, tech, FMCG, or automotive;
* Affinity with marketing, branding, or experience design;
* Strategic thinker with the ability to deliver tangible commercial results;
* Fluent in German (native/professional level) and English (fluent/business level).
