What you'll do In this role, you will lead projects on both regional and global levels, focusing on product and market development within Knauf's gypsum division You will manage cross-functional teams consisting of Product Management, R&D, Supply Chain Management, and other relevant departments Additionally, you will actively contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at promoting long-term corporate goals and growth opportunities Your responsibilities include identifying and providing methodologies, resources, and risk definitions for projects, as well as analyzing problem areas and developing actionable solutions for Knauf entities Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with project team members and stakeholders to ensure that the agreed project objectives are successfully achieved within the defined timeframe Who you are You have completed a university degree in Business Administration or Engineering in fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Process Engineering, and have gained initial professional experience Extensive project management experience, including diverse methods and successful project execution, sets you apart. Product management experience is a plus but not required You possess strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to identify problems, evaluate options (including financial assessments such as business cases), and implement effective solutions Proficiency in project management software, industry regulations, and best practices is beneficial.
