You will have a chance to join an established HR team and provide advice and practical support to line managers and employees on a variety of HR subjects for assigned areas of the business across DACH region. You will ensure all administration procedures run smoothly and consistently maintain a high level of service to all customers, internal and external. The HR Business Partner will also be actively involved in leading and supporting the implementation of specific local and European projects.What you will do:Provide HR support across the employee lifecycle, escalating complex issues when neededManage employee relations, absence, and welfare cases while coaching managers on best practicesOversee onboarding and ensure accurate maintenance of HR systems and recordsSupport performance management by guiding managers on objectives and reviewsIdentify training needs and support delivery with the European HR teamCollaborate with the Works Council, attending meetings and preparing necessary documentsAssist with local payroll, benefits activities, and regular reporting Collaborate on projects with Central HR to align structures and policies with regional goalsLead local initiatives to improve HR efficiency and customer serviceWhat we ask for:Strong HR generalist experience with expertise in employment law and best practicesExperience in working with Works CouncilsA degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources or equivalent education or commercial training with relevant professional experience is required.
