Project Background
As part of the project, a nationwide data-driven web application for managing and assigning unique employee identifiers in the field of outpatient care is being further developed. The application is already in productive operation and is to be expanded functionally, technically and organizationally. The further development takes place in close coordination with internal departments, external development teams and several functional and regulatory stakeholders. The goal is to strengthen internal project management, transfer requirements in a structured manner into agile implementation and sustainably secure the technical further development of the application.

Requirements
* Fluent German
* Solid experience as Product Owner in agile IT projects
* Technical IT background and good understanding of software architecture and web applications
* Knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban or comparable process models
* Experience in requirements management and collaboration with external service providers
* Experience in creating and maintaining Product Backlogs
* Understanding of interfaces/APIs, databases, logging, monitoring and security aspects
* Basic knowledge in data protection, IT security and testing
* Experience with data-driven systems, data models, data flows or reporting/analytics
* Confident use of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git or wiki systems
* Experience in collaborating with development teams and multiple stakeholders
Tasks
* Taking on the Product Owner role for the further development of the web application
* Managing agile implementation with internal project team and external service provider
* Gathering, structuring and prioritizing functional and technical requirements
* Maintaining and prioritizing the Product Backlog
* Creating and coordinating concepts, requirement documents and decision templates
* Plausibility checking of technical concepts, effort estimates and solution proposals
* Supporting implementation as well as planning and coordinating test activities
* Considering data protection, IT security and quality aspects
* Involving and coordinating relevant functional, technical and regulatory stakeholders
* Supporting project controlling, documentation, progress assessment and decision management
