Position Jung von Matt SPORTS is looking for a Project Manager (d/f/m) in full time. Your tasks: Independently planning, managing and monitoring projects across all project phases Coordinating interdisciplinary teams (creative, account, strategy, production and external partners) Creating and maintaining project plans, timelines and status reports Ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines and quality standards Preparing, moderating and following up on internal and external meetings Acting as the central point of contact for all project-related topics for teams and clients Identifying risks at an early stage and developing appropriate solutions Supporting the preparation of estimates, cost calculations and billing Documenting projects and maintaining relevant systems and tools Continuously optimizing project workflows and internal processes About you: Solid understanding of agency and project management processes in a creative agency environment Experience in planning, managing and coordinating interdisciplinary projects Strong organizational and analytical skills Confident handling of timelines, budgets and resources Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel in a structured manner Confident use of common project management and collaboration tools Basic commercial and financial understanding (estimates, costs, billing) About us We are looking for talents who bring new ideas to the table.
