You’ll make an impact You take ownership for your own projects, coordinate and mentor the multi-functional team members and present your project results to senior management. You develop innovative manufacturing concepts and automation solutions with a focus on efficiency and provide targeted support for lean and automation activities. You identify appropriate standard methodologies and promote their transfer in our production network through successful implementation. You analyze the requirements of our plants through value streams, information flows and process recordings You identify, analyze, and support the introduction of innovative technologies to improve intralogistics processes, such as automated storage systems and intelligent picking and transportation systems Your defining qualities You have a proven track record in designing and implementing production line concepts. You have in depth knowledge of innovative methods of intralogistics, such as automated material flow systems, warehouse management systems or robotics. You have good analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured, independent way of working, decision-making skills, result and quality orientation as well as an ambitious attitude. You are a motivated team player with a high level of interpersonal competence, are open to other cultures and ideally have some intercultural experience in international project work. You have a master’s degree and many years of experience in the field of manufacturing, industrial engineering or in a related field.
