What you´ll do
* Gain firsthand insight into how major marketing campaigns are translated from creative ideas into production strategies
* Support the preparation and coordination of campaign briefings, alignment meetings and stakeholder discussions
* Help track campaign milestones, timelines and follow-up tasks across stakeholders
* Support collaboration between campaign consulting, production and creative teams
* Assist in identifying potential synergies across campaigns (e.g. shared shoots, asset reuse, integrated content capture)
* Contribute ideas and perspectives to continuously improve campaign workflows and collaboration models
What makes you a good fit
* Student of economics-related studies with focus on marketing, media, communication, business administration or creative industries
* Fluent English and German language skills are required
* Analytical mindset with an interest in understanding how creative ideas translate into production execution
* Strong interest in marketing campaigns, content production and the media landscape
* Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate topics across multiple stakeholders
* Ability to structure information clearly and support decision-making processes
* Strong curiosity and willingness to learn about campaign strategy, production planning and creative collaboration
* Hands-on mindset and interest in the beauty industry / FMCG environment
* Availability as of July 2026, ideally for 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
