The Interroll academy is looking for a Learning Project Manager (m/w/d) in Hückelhovenwho will take an active and leading role in shaping our learning culture across the globe.
What are my responsibilities?
1. Planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning projects (digital, classroom, blended or on-the-job)
2. Managing learning projects within scope, time, budget and ind alignment with business priorities
3. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and manage external service providers, vendors and consultants
4. Developing and maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS)
5. Ensuring consistent learning communication and documentation
6. Share best practices and success stories across regions and functions
What do I need to qualify for this job?
7. University degree in Human Resources, Education, Business or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
8. 3-5 years of experience in project management, ideally in Learning & Development
9. Proven experience in instructional design
10. Strong proficiency in learning methodologies and learning technologies
11. Excellent project management skills
12. Fluent in English (minimum C1 level) and native-level German
13. Enjoys to work in a structured and independent manner
14. Enjoys to work in international teams
