Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Operational Teamleiter, der eine fachliche und operativ disziplinarische Leitung eines Teams von 8 bis 20 Mitarbeitenden übernimmt. Der Operational Teamleiter ist für die Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs verantwortlich.
Aufgaben:
* Führen Sie die Personaleinsatzplanung durch.
* Durchführen Sie tägliche Shopfloor-Runden und stellen Sie sicher, dass der Produktionsablauf reibungslos läuft.
* Koordinieren Sie Maßnahmen bei Störungen im Produktionsablauf in Abstimmung mit den entsprechenden Ansprechpartnern.
* Stimmen Sie die Produktionspläne für die aktuelle und Folgewoche mit dem Bereich Supply Planning ab.
* Ideen und Unterstützung sind gefragt, wenn es um LEAN- und Optimierungsprojekte geht.
Voraussetzungen:
1. Zugang zu einer Berufsausbildung oder einem Hochschulstudium (mind. 3 Jahre) im Bereich Produktion z.B. Zerspanungsmechaniker, Industriemechaniker
2.
