Sales Manager - Berlin - C&I BESS
About the company:
I'm partnering with a European battery manufacturer as they are looking to grow their process across Germany. Off the back of the work their current sales team have done with building their customer base across the country, I'm now looking for a Sales Manager to come in and manage their North-East Germany network.
About the role:
For this position you will be directly reporting into the Sales Director for Germany; where you will have the freedom and flexibility to manage their current accounts across your region.
This role includes establishing new customers, but also continuing to build on the accounts they are currently working with.
In addition to these core sales tasks, you will also be expected to monitor and analyse your competition but also market factors, to ensure the company is best positioned to continue performing well.
Key Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of sales experience with in renewable energy products, BESS would be the preference.
Strong network of installers, distributors, developers and wholesalers in the region.
Good technical knowledge of the products, engineering degree would be a BIG plus.
A client focussed mentality, where you are happy to go above and beyond to provide for the customers needs.
Hunter mentality, you enjoy winning new business.
MUST be based in Berlin or close to the city already.
