Your tasks
7. Support of products in production (contact person for problems or changes)
8. Technological responsibility for manufacturing processes in electronics production (especially wave and selective soldering)
9. Planning and optimization of production processes, taking into account quality, costs and deadlines
10. Procurement and commissioning of production systems, support for the introduction of new products into series production (NPI - New Product Introduction)
11. Creation and maintenance of production documentation, including process descriptions, work plans, master data
12. Interface function between development, quality assurance, purchasing and production
13. Carrying out process analyses and improvements (e.g. lean manufacturing, Six Sigma)
14. Support in the planning of production layouts and material flows
15. Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations
16. On-site work in production is required
Your profile
17. Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable technical degree program
18. At least 5 years of professional experience in electronics production with a focus on soldering technologies
19. Sound knowledge of soldering systems and their process parameters as well as the evaluation and optimization of solder joints
20. Experience in machine procurement, including the creation of specifications, supplier selection and commissioning
21. Experience with the introduction of new products into production (NPI)
22. Very good written and spoken English skills
23. SAP knowledge, especially in the modules for production planning (e.g. PP)
24. Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
25. Project management skills, ideally with experience in interdisciplinary project teams
26. Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
27. Knowledge of quality methods such as FMEA, 8D, SPC
28. Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and digital manufacturing processes is an advantage
