WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The role supports HR department in all related activities. Provides a high quality service to all employees across the employment life cycle, from recruitment, induction and handling queries and system support. Working within a team of HR professionals and pro-actively participate in improvement projects.
Functions:
1. Supports & follows-up the DACH countries recruitment processes, applications management, candidates communication, etc. Follow-up the process from initiation point and Interviewing them. Strong cooperation with HVAC People Acquisition Manager
2. Coordination and execution of new starter integration to ensure early productivity of new employees
3. Maintains personnel data in the central HR Database on a daily basis and ensures data accuracy. Monitors accuracy of local HR master data in SAP in cooperation with local HR.
4. Follow-up the yearly EOS process, supporting each country in DACH/HQ Germany in communication & Action Plan creation.
5. Coordinates and follows up Panasonic Dialogues and target setting processes and ensures its´ documentation and reporting.
6. Based on the close work with DACH/HQ Germany teams giving recommendations on weaknesses, strengths and proposals on development areas.
7. Acts as first level support in response to managers and employee questions regarding all matters of employment and HR policies & initiatives
8. Active participation in HR projects
9. Create and maintain org. charts, SRF´s, JD, etc... in SAP, Excel or WORD.
10. Take part in HR projects to increase the level of HR Services for PHVACEU DACH/HQ Germany. Ensures PHVACEU´s HR activities are compliant with company values, policies and legal regulations
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
11. University degree in Human Resources/Psychology/Economics or similar education and experience
12. At least 5-8 years in a similar position
13. Ability to interpret data and interact with all levels of organization
14. Very Good knowledge in Microsoft applications, especially in Excel
15. Strong English &German language skills required.
16. SAP skills would be an advantage
17. Strong analytical abilities
