Responsibilities
We are seeking a Strategic Enterprise SaaS Account Manager to drive growth within our existing large enterprise accounts.
This role is focussing on building deep relationships, and unlocking new opportunities through expansion and cross-sell across our SaaS portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
* Develop and execute account expansion plans aligned with customer business objectives.
* Identify and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across multiple SaaS solutions.
* Build trusted relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders.
* Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure adoption and value realization.
* Negotiate and close complex enterprise deals with a focus on long-term partnerships.
What We’re Looking For
* 7+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, with a proven track record in key account managing and expansion.
* Mandatory experience in industrial software sales (e.g., manufacturing, energy, asset management, operations).
* Strong ability to navigate complex organizations and influence decision-makers.
* Experience managing multi-million-dollar accounts and driving growth strategies.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Familiarity with subscription-based business models and SaaS metrics.
* Experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Asset Performance Management (APM), or Predictive Maintenance is highly desirable.
* Experience in one or more of our key verticals—manufacturing, infrastructure, logistics, rail, pharma, energy & utilities—is a strong plus.
