Company Description As a Project Manager in Copacker Management, you will serve as the key link between Red Bull’s internal departments and external Copacker partners. In this highly collaborative role, you will oversee cross-functional projects, coordinate stakeholder needs, and manage initiatives from idea to implementation. By acting as the main point of contact, you’ll drive operational alignment, optimize business processes, and contribute to the long-term evolution of Red Bull’s Copacker network. Job Description PROJECT MANAGEMENT You will plan and lead cross-functional projects involving both internal Red Bull departments and Copacker partners. From initial concept to execution, you will manage project scopes, timelines, and outcomes. Organizing and facilitating project meetings and workshops, you’ll drive alignment, capture requirements, and ensure seamless execution. With a clear end-to-end perspective, you’ll identify cross-functional impacts, manage dependencies, and guarantee successful project delivery within a collaborative environment. COMMUNICATION You will act as the central communication point for all stakeholders within your projects, ensuring smooth and professional interactions between Red Bull teams and Copackers. Through structured and transparent communication, you will strengthen peer-to-peer collaboration while providing clarity on responsibilities, expectations, and progress throughout each project phase. NETWORK & PARTNER EVOLUTION You will play a critical role in the continuous development of Red Bull’s Copacker network by contributing to roadmap initiatives focused on performance metrics, process optimization, and innovation. Supporting the evolution of the Red Bull–Copacker relationship, you will participate in or lead initiatives around business performance reporting, efficiency improvements, and production network expansions. END-TO-END PROCESS LEADERSHIP You will drive each project from the ground up—transforming ideas into actionable plans and successfully implemented solutions. Your role includes managing and tracking all aspects of project execution independently, ensuring a holistic view of the entire process. Close coordination with stakeholders across Operations, IT, Global Data, and Copacker partners is a core part of your daily work, requiring strategic thinking, structure, and excellent coordination skills. Qualifications Proven experience managing cross-functional projects in an international operations or supply chain environment. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives from concept through implementation. Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills. A structured, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail. Experience in managing external partner relationships (e.g. Copackers, manufacturers) is a plus. Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous evolution. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English; German is a plus. Additional Information Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2303 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
