Responsibilities:
1. Development and execution of Rosenberger’s sales activities in the defined region
2. Development and management of customer relationships across various industries
3. Definition of a 3- to 5-year business plan and sales strategy for the markets
4. Preparation of an action plan to expand existing and new business relationships
5. Annual increase of Rosenberger’s revenue and market share
6. Support of regional sales channels
7. Support in the development and implementation of marketing plans
8. Presentation of RFP/RFQ responses
9. Organization of product presentations, meetings, training sessions, etc.
10. Negotiation of customer contracts in accordance with given guidelines
Profile:
11. Completed technical university degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
12. Knowledge of electromechanical components, preferably in an industrial environment
13. Solid experience in sales, preferably in an international environment
14. Persuasive personality with strong teamwork skills and flexibility
15. Very good command of English, both written and spoken
16. Willingness to travel required
