What You'll Do: Work across a mix of hardware, software, and process improvement projects u2013 managing initiatives that shape both our products andthe waywemanufacture. Ensureseamless collaboration between R&D,ProcessDevelopment(AO),QAand other key functions. Lead theteam with autonomy in the development of the project charter and management plan. Direct, manage, monitor, and control projects. Evaluate tradeoffs within project scope, timeline,resourcesand budget. Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop, manage, and own project scope. Create detailed Work Breakdown Structure. Own the project schedule. Develop and manage the detailed project Gantt chart. Analyze criticalpath, major workstreams, and intersecting milestones. Collaborate with cross-functional managers to define project budget Monitor andmaintaincosts within budget. Develop a risk management plan for the project.Identify, analyze, and understand project risks; develop andmonitora risk response plan. Estimate,acquireand assign cross-functional project resources. Facilitate alignment on roles, deliverables, and work packages acrosscrossfunctionalcontributors to ensure clarity and effective collaboration.In this role,youu2019llhave visibility across multiple functions and the opportunity to influence strategic decisions through strong project leadership and PMO best practices. Experience in balancing hybrid project approaches (Waterfall and Agile) to support efficient delivery of both hardware and software medical device projects is preferred. Background in process development or process improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is considered a plus u200bu200b Preferred Skills u200b / Engineering tools : PMP or equivalent preferred Preference for experience balancing hybrid project approaches (Waterfall and Agile) to deliver hardware and software medical device projects efficiently.
