We are looking for a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to support our logistics team in optimizing warehousing, transportation, and system integration processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Test Management: Collaborate with internal users and external partners to prepare, execute, and document validation tests.
* Inbound Flow Management: Ensure that goods from external Contract Manufacturers (CMOs) align with capacity and inventory levels in STADA warehouses.
* Quality Deviation Resolution: Manage Corrective Action Preventative Actions (CAPAs) and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address quality deviations in transport and warehousing.
* 3PL Supervision: Optimize stock allocation and manage blocked or expired stock in collaboration with 3rd Party Logistics providers.
* Logistics Coordination: Act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders and external suppliers regarding logistics operational requirements for warehousing and transportation.
* Data Accuracy Management: Perform IDOC management and stock reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and alignment between SAP systems and external Warehouse Management Systems.
* Project Meetings: Organize, prepare, and document project meetings related to logistics processes to ensure smooth collaboration between teams.
* Destruction Process Optimization: Coordinate and optimize the destruction process in collaboration with 3PLs and internal teams.
Requirements:
* A high-school diploma with vocational training or a degree in economics, business administration, or logistics is required.
* At least three years of experience in warehousing and transportation in an administrative capacity, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Proficiency in SAP and MS Office; experience in IT testing and validation or knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) requirements is a plus.
* The ability to manage complex workflows effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is essential.
* Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are required to resolve issues in collaboration with cross-functional departments.
* Fluency in both English and German is necessary for efficient communication in an international environment.
