Tasks inspiring you You are the first point of contact for our managers and employees regarding all HR-related matters at our sites across Germany You actively support and accompany change processes and act as a trusted advisor and partner You are responsible for the implementation of both operational and strategic HR topics, with a focus on labor law issues, recruiting, workforce planning, and organizational development for a defined business area Together with managers, you develop solutions and support their implementation.
