As Senior Sales Manager you will spearhead the commercial agenda for Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH), taking ownership of the most strategically important key clients in branded FMCG, private-label and industrial segments. You will be empowered to shape go-to-market strategy, lead multidisciplinary bid teams and act as the entrepreneurial “voice of the customer” inside the organisation. Supported by cutting-edge R&D and a robust, transparent supply chain, you will craft solutions that help clients launch breakthrough products faster, more responsibly and at scale.
Deepen wallet share through data-driven cross-sell and upsell initiatives in value-added ingredients.
Project Leadership: Orchestrate cross-functional teams to win and flawlessly execute high-value projects.
Represent the company at international trade fairs and conferences
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Science, Economics or related field
~years of B2B industry sales success in food ingredients
~ Deep understanding of end-to-end value chains and sustainability programmes in food manufacturing.
~ Fluency in German and English
