As our new Global Account Manager, you will help deliver on our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You’ll own selected global accounts, build trusted relationships at all levels, identify new business opportunities, and coordinate with regional sales and support teams to meet targets and exceed customer expectations.

The team you will be part of:

You´ll join our Central sales organization, working closely with the local and Global Account Managers from other regions.

We are a small but mighty sales team with diverse personalities and working styles, bringing different perspectives together to achieve strong results. We value feedback, teamwork, and taking ownership of our tasks. To complement the team, we’re looking for someone who enjoys knocking down doors, generating new leads, and opening up new business areas.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

* Develop and maintain strategic relationships with global clients - enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.

* Utilize global account management skills to execute sales plans to capture customer category share and ensure a long-term relationship, delivering recurring revenue in all regions.

* Provide customer feedback and market insights to the organization in support of the Jabra go-to-market strategy, programs, and offerings.

* Effectively utilize the solution sales process and CRM to build and manage a customer opportunity pipeline to meet sales objectives.

* Create and maintain a monthly overview of the biggest opportunities, projects won, and topics within GA customers in EMEA & CALA

* Develop and execute account sales plans to capture market share, meeting regional and global revenue goals, gross margin targets, and other key metrics

Location & Travel: This role can be based from home anywhere in EMEA, but the DACH region would be advantageous. There will be a significant amount of travel involved, so proximity to an airport is beneficial.

To thrive in the role, we imagine that you:

* Have at least 3 years of demonstrated experience in Global or International Sales.

* Are an experienced Sales/Business Development professional who has demonstrated a true “Hunter-mentality” and sales excellence in Account Management.

* Can build sustainable relationships and gain buy-in across all cultures, whether in person or via a screen.

* Have experience in communicating with C-level customers.

* Have experience working in an international sales environment and know how to collaborate across nationalities and personalities

* Can capture, process, and analyze data to make intelligent decisions.

* Are proficient in using CRM and Microsoft Office applications to manage sales territories and meet management reporting responsibilities.

* Are a great communicator and skilled at balancing stakeholders. (able to communicate effortlessly in English. Additional languages are appreciated.)

* Have the ability to work from a home office -- self-directed, self-motivated professional with effective time management skills.

* Enjoy travelling, as this is a substantial part of the role.
