Your tasks
8. Participation in the planning, execution, evaluation and control of a sub-project until completion.
9. Creation and maintenance of network diagrams for scheduling and resource planning of project phases based on reference projects, standard network diagrams and customer-specific requirements.
10. Analysis of schedule deviations, identification of critical paths, and creation of qualitative assessments and solutions.
11. Survey and analysis of the technical degree of completion and its evaluation
12. Assessment of schedule and resource risks and demand for action if necessary
13. Presentation of analyses and findings
Your profile
14. Successfully completed university or university of applied sciences degree
15. Several years of professional experience in project management
16. Additional qualification in the field of Six Sigma, Systems Engineering, IPMA or comparable
17. Experience in using common project planning tools
18. Product knowledge in the field of naval shipbuilding is an advantage.
19. Experience in applying project planning methods in complex project situations
20. Good knowledge of SAP, MS Office and MS Project
21. Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
22. Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a high level of commitment
23. Working time model: 35 hours/week
