Product Manager – Customer Journey (Heat Pumps) – Berlin – €85,000
As demand increases, they are looking to introduce a dedicated Product Manager to take ownership of the full customer journey and improve how the service is delivered end-to-end.
Ownership of the full customer journey across a complex, real-world service (not just software)
Working closely with stakeholders across sales, operations, customer service, and tech
Experience in Product Management with clear ownership of outcomes (not just coordination)
Experience working in dynamic environments (startup, scale-up, or similar)
Fluent German (required)
