YOUR MISSIONS:
As Project Manager for our Change Management and Leadership Development Projects, you will be responsible of following:
4. Run: Ensuring the smooth running of our consulting projects, follow up and monitoring, ensuring high quality delivery excellence and strong sustainable client working relationship building.
5. Coordination: Coordinating of consultants, managing the development of the workflows, coordinate the consultants, driving and following up project out comes, meetings and reporting
6. Co-design: Designing, preparing, organizing and following up virtual workshops and major events to support the desired business outcomes, attending client meetings
7. Implement: Mapping up initial project ideas and drafts into PowerPoint and Excel for our customers
YOUR PROFILE :
8. Relevant business experience in project management
9. Structured, results driven, with proven attention to detail, excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and personal and organization skills.
10. Excellent business communications and presentations skills
11. Bachelor’s degree preferably Business Administration, Management, Economy, Psychology or in a relevant field
12. Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
13. Data analytics & data management skills will be an asset.
14. Fluency in English & German (written and spoken)
