The organisation is seeking a Partner Sales Manager to drive revenue growth within an established partner ecosystem. The role focuses on strengthening strategic relationships, expanding existing accounts, and identifying cross-sell and commercial growth opportunities within a technical infrastructure environment.

Responsibilities:
* Own and develop an existing portfolio of strategic partners.
* Drive revenue growth through structured account development and partner enablement.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across colocation, connectivity, and hybrid solutions.
* Conduct regular partner reviews and business planning sessions.
* Support partners in pipeline development, forecasting, and opportunity conversion.
* Collaborate with internal sales, solutions, and operations teams to deliver partner-led projects smoothly.
* Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM reporting (e.g., Salesforce).
* Act as escalation point for key partner accounts when required.
* Monitor performance metrics and proactively implement growth initiatives.
Skills/Must have:
* Proven experience in account management, partner sales, or channel farming roles within IT, telecoms, cloud, or data-center environments.
* Strong ability to grow revenue within existing accounts rather than pure new business acquisition.
* Experience managing indirect sales channels or partner ecosystems.
* Commercially driven with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and operational teams.
* Strong forecasting discipline and CRM usage.
* Fluent German and English.
Salary:
* €90,000 Base + €60,000 Commision
