Responsibilities
As (Senior) Product Owner (all genders) in our agile scrum team, you'll:
* Own and execute one or more features and modules within TeamViewer Frontline (), from ideation and discovery through delivery and iteration.
* Collaborate across teams within Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, and Support to build a compelling roadmap with global impact.
* Champion the customer, translating feedback into clear requirements and KPIs, and ensuring the team delivers the most valuable outcomes.
* Drive insight-led decisions, using qualitative and quantitative data such as telemetry and surveys, market trends, and competitive analysis to validate product ideas.
* Enable seamless delivery, ensuring your team understands the purpose, deliverables, and impact while removing blockers.
* Balance feasibility and innovation, partnering with engineers to deliver intuitive, technically sound solutions that delight users and scale efficiently.
Requirements
* Experience : Several years as a Product Owner in software environments, or equivalent experience. Background in SaaS, AI, B2B, logistics, field service management, communications or authoring software is a plus.
* Technical fluency : Comfortable working with engineering teams and participating in technical conversations. Have a basic understanding of SaaS technologies and concepts, previous coding experience is a plus. Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
* Agile Development : Ability to act as a value maximizer. PSPO certification or equivalent is a plus.
* Customer-centric mindset : Strong empathy, ability to synthesize feedback, and translate it into actionable insights and clear priorities.
* Analytical skills : Familiar with data-driven decision-making and confident defining and tracking product KPIs.
* Adaptability : Comfortable working in agile environments where priorities can shift and evolve.
* Communication : Excellent written and verbal English, with experience working in international teams. German is a plus.
* Educational background : Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
