What you’ll do & Who you are Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and execute client engagement initiatives, events, and campaigns (e.g. roadshows, webinars, sponsorships, internal client events). Develop project timelines, budgets, and success metrics; track progress and ensure on-time delivery. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product and other teams to understand client needs and translate them into impactful engagement programs. Collect feedback and insights from client interactions and events to inform strategy and continuous improvement. Prepare performance reports and recommendations based on engagement outcomes (ROI, client feedback, reach). Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field. 5 years of experience in project management or event management. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Hands-on experience with project management tools Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and report impact.
