* Build strong partnerships: You’ll develop long-term relationships with new and existing business partners in your region and support their ongoing growth.
* Drive your own sales process: You independently schedule client appointments, present our innovative insurance solutions, and inspire your contacts to become successful shop partners.
* Create opportunities: You represent Alteos at trade fairs and industry events and come up with creative formats for customer acquisition and engagement.
* Work efficiently and digitally: You manage your sales pipeline with the support of our CRM system (Hubspot) – goal-driven, transparent, and data-informed.
This is what you bring to the table
* Sales experience: You have at least three years of experience in B2B sales or field sales – ideally in a consultative or service-driven industry.
* Strong organizational skills: You enjoy working independently, with structure and a clear focus on results.
* Excellent communication: You’re empathetic, persuasive, and professional – both in person and online.
* Languages: You are fluent in Dutch and comfortable communicating in English or German.
* Insurance background? Not required. We’ll teach you everything you need to know. What matters is your mindset and willingness to learn.
