We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Supply Chain & Quality Manager" (d/f/m)
Your tasks:
1. Manage supply chain and quality aspects of the contract, being responsible for On Time, On Quality (and on Cost when applicable) performance
2. Act as an escalation for the others PI functions in case of repetitive issues (Work out short term recovery plans)
3. Responsible to ensure industrial qualification maturity before serial phase
4. Assess suppliers during tendering phase and contribute to the selection decision
5. Assess the Supplier capacity, capability and performance and contribute to the Supplier development
6. Initiate and manage supplier performance improvement projects, set long term development targets together with the suppliers and in coordination with the Supplier Development Team
7. Present the situation of the supplier on operational performance (i.e. KPIs, assessments) during Multi-Functional Team an Mulitdisciplinary team (MFT/MDT) meetings
8. Maintain a close communication and coordination with the operational teams at internal customer sites, to ensure the contribution of all relevant functions to the delivery of procured goods or services
9. Act as focal point towards the suppliers for operational activities and contract management, and as ambassador of the supplier toward internal functions
Your profile:
10. Completed degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
11. Experience in Project Management, Quality Management and Supply Chain Management
12. Industrialisation knowledge (APQP) would be a plus
13. Knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
14. Negotiation-level English skills
15. German is an advantage
16. Willingness to travel (1-3 time in a year)
