Your tasks
1. Advise and support managers proactively as a sparring partner in all HR-related issues - on personnel recruitment and development, remuneration, employment law, conflicts, employee retention, on/offboarding and performance management - in close cooperation with the relevant HR functions
2. Ensure qualitatively and quantitatively coordinated personnel requirements planning and conduct regular and efficient salary and appraisal reviews in line with collective agreements and outside of collective agreements
3. Establish and continuously develop structured succession and career planning, always with a view to company-wide perspectives and potential
4. Actively accompany and support managers and employees in change processes, using suitable methods and tools and working closely with other HR functions or external partners. Also ensure compliance with all formal processes
5. Support employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle in close coordination with the relevant HR functions and ensure a consistently positive employee experience
6. Shape a trusting, solution-oriented collaboration with management, the works council and internal and external stakeholders and promote a constructive communication culture
7. Consistently ensure compliance with legal, collective bargaining and operational requirements - always in line with the company's values and culture
8. Actively participate in strategic HR topics and take responsibility in cross-divisional projects
9. Analyze relevant HR key figures and evaluations, derive the need for action and implement appropriate measures in a targeted manner
Your profile
10. You have successfully completed a degree in human resources management or have comparable training in human resources
11. You have at least five years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner - ideally in sales-oriented industrial companies. Experience in medium-sized companies in the FMCG sector is a plus
12. You have sound knowledge of labor law and also have good knowledge of tax and social security law. You are familiar with working with works councils
13. You communicate confidently in German and English - both orally and in writing
14. You impress with clear communication, assertiveness and a high level of customer orientation - and enjoy working in a team
15. You act loyally, with integrity and extreme discretion, especially when dealing with confidential company and personnel data
16. You grasp complex issues quickly and are characterized by a pragmatic hands-on mentality
17. You work in a structured, independent and diligent manner - with high standards of quality and accuracy
