Introduction to the job
At our Berlin site, our employees manufacture key components for ASML lithography systems. As part of our precision manufacturing team, you will support the production of optical components, assemblies, and systems made of glass, glass ceramics, and ceramics for our hightech smallbatch, singlepart, and prototype manufacturing.
Role and responsibilities
One application, many opportunities you will apply simultaneously for various positions within production at ASML in Berlin. Depending on the role, your working environment may be in a cleanroom and/or gray room. The following tasks may await you:
1. Grinding and polishing of plane optics or ceramic components
2. Assembly and fine cleaning of components, partly under gray room and cleanroom conditions
3. Joining parts into assemblies thermal bonding, anodic bonding, gluing, flame bonding
4. Coating of components on thinfilm coating systems, partly under gray room and cleanroom conditions
5. Performing lithographic processes such as coating, laminating, and exposure
6. Carrying out and evaluating quality control measurements outside or inside the cleanroom using various measuring systems and tools
7. Evaluating and documenting measurement results on a PC
8. Cleaning components, auxiliary materials, tools, and packaging in cleaning baths and systems
Education and experience
9. You have completed technical vocational training in the fields of optics, physics, chemistry, or have comparable experience
10. You have gained initial professional experience in a productionrelated environment
11. Ideally, you have experience working under cleanroom conditions
12. Career changers are welcome you will receive intensive onboarding and training
13. You are proficient in working with MS Office
14. Confident use of SAP is desirable
15. You are willing to work in shift systems depending on the area, 24/6 or a threeshift system

Dein Arbeitsumfeld
An unserem Standort in Berlin fertigen unsere Mitarbeitendenden Schlüsselkomponenten für die ASML Lithografiesysteme. Als Teil unserer Präzisionsfertigung unterstützt du bei der Produktion optischer Komponenten, Baugruppen sowie Systeme aus Glas, Glaskeramik und Keramik für unsere High-Tech-Kleinserien, Einzelteil- und Prototypenfertigung.
Deine Aufgaben
Eine Bewerbung, viele Chancen - Du bewirbst dich gleichzeitig auf unterschiedliche Positionen innerhalb der Produktion bei ASML in Berlin. Dabei kann dein Arbeitsumfeld auch innerhalb des Reinraum und/oder Grauraum sein. Die folgende Aufgaben können dich erwarten:
31. Schleifen und Polieren von Planoptiken oder Keramikbauteilen;
32. Montage und Feinreinigen von Bauteilen teilweise unter Grau- und Reinraumbedingungen;
33. Fügen von Teilen zu Baugruppen - thermisches, anodisches Bonden, Kleben, Ansprengen;
34. Beschichten von Komponenten an Dünnschichtanlagen teilweise unter Grau- und Reinraumbedingungen;
35. lithographische Prozesse wie Belacken, Laminieren und Belichten durchführen;
36. Messungen zur Qualitätskontrolle außerhalb oder im Reinraum mit Hilfe unterschiedlicher Messanlagen und -mittel durchführen und auswerten;
37. Auswerten und Dokumentieren der Messergebnisse am PC;
38. Bauteile, Hilfsmittel, Tools und Verpackungen in Reinigungsbecken und -anlagen reinigen.
Deine Qualifikation
39. Du hast eine technische Ausbildung abgeschlossen aus den Bereichen Optik, Physik, Chemie oder vergleichbare Erfahrung.
40. Du konntest erste Berufserfahrung im produktionsnahen Umfeld sammeln.
41. Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung in der Arbeit unter Reinraumbedingungen.
42. Du hast einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office
43. Du bist sicher im Umgang mit SAP, wünschenswert
44. Du hast die Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem - Drei-Schicht-System.
Deine Kompetenzen
45. Du verfügst über sehr gute feinmotorische Fähigkeiten.
46. Du zeigst Geduld und Sorgfalt bei der Ausführung von bestimmten Arbeiten.
47. Du hast ein exzellentes Auge und Gespür für Oberflächen.
48. Du bist zuverlässig und pünktlich.
49. Du arbeitest gerne im Team, um gemeinsam bedeutsame Ziele zu erreichen.
50. Du verfügst über eine gute körperliche Fitness und hast eine hohe Belastbarkeit.
