We are looking for a new colleague to join us as a Project Manager Mobile Build (m/f/d) with a goal-oriented mindset and a strong team spirit to join us at the earliest possible date.
Your Responsibilities
* Supervision, coordination, and management of multiple construction sites/locations and their site managers within mobile network construction projects
* Ensuring project delivery within defined timelines, quality standards, and budget through structured rollout management
* Managing site managers at each site/location as well as coordinating subcontractors and maintaining professional client relations
* Delivering projects in compliance with technical specifications and contractual agreements
* Monitoring budgets, quality, and overall project costs
* Preparing monthly reports and providing daily status updates internally and, where required, externally
* Close collaboration with other departments such as planning, logistics, engineering, and construction, as well as with the Head of Mobile Build
* Leading and motivating employees positively within the business unit, both internally and externally, to ensure an optimal end-customer experience
Your Profile
What you bring:
* Several years of experience as a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager in relevant projects, particularly in the telecommunications sector
* A degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable construction-related qualification is desirable
* Experience in leading and coordinating construction teams and site managers
Specific Skills & Expertise
* Experience with various operating systems, presentation and calculation tools, and database systems such as SAP HANA and Sitetracker
* Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2)
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and track multiple tasks simultaneously
* Excellent communication and coordination abilities
* Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
* Team-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
* Independent working style and the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic environment
* Solution-oriented thinking and approach
