This is a fixed-term contract for a duration of two years. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities In this role, you will: Plan, coordinate, and execute software release projects in collaboration with Marketing, Development, Deployment, Service, Regulatory, Quality, and other functional partners. Drive stakeholder alignment, ensuring clarity on project scope, priorities, dependencies, and timelines across global teams. Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and roadmaps, ensuring visibility and transparency for all contributors. Hands-on project management experience, including planning and execution of multi-stakeholder software or product initiatives. Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and facilitation skills, with the ability to manage several priorities at once. Demonstrated ability to lead and influence without direct authority in international cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills, structured working style, and the ability to simplify complex topics. Solid risk assessment and analytical thinking capabilities. Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal). A proactive, open-minded mindset with a genuine desire to continuously improve processes. Ideally, experience with regulated product development, agile methodologies, and familiarity with relevant project management or documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Ideally, understanding of quality and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 13485, IEC 62304, FDA 21 CFR Part 820) is a plus. Inclusion and Diversity GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters. Employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, protected veteran status, or other characteristics protected by law. Our total rewards are designed to fuel your ambition by providing the flexibility and support you need to turn your ideas into impactful realities. Our compensation and benefits align with what you'd expect from an organization of global reach and scale.
