What you can expect

As an HR Business Partner, you are the central sparring partner for our business units – on equal footing, forward-thinking, and with a clear focus on people and organization.

1. You ensure that our HR strategy is successfully implemented in practice, that change is effectively managed, and that our leaders are consistently well advised.
2. You provide competent and reliable advice to leaders on all HR-related matters.
3. You are responsible for the operational and strategic HR alignment of the business units you support.
4. You support and guide employees and leaders throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
5. You actively, courageously, and solution-orientedly accompany change and reorganization processes.
6. You work in a trusting and constructive manner with the works council.
7. You lead contract negotiations and prepare employment-related documents.
8. You contribute to the design, implementation, and follow-up of policies and guidelines.
9. You prepare and confidently conduct labor-law-related discussions, including the coordination of resulting measures.
10. You contribute to the further development of new HR processes and concepts – from idea to implementation.
11. You support HR controlling activities, particularly workforce planning and budgeting.

20. You are fluent in German and have a strong command of English.
