Responsibilities
* Management and organization of the production and filling of chemical products
* Management and development of the production team
* Ensuring delivery capability
* Ensuring quality, occupational safety, and environmental protection
* Planning and optimisation of production processes
* Establishment and support of contract manufacturing processes, including customer contact
* Documentation and continuous process improvement
Qualifications
* Completed technical training (e.g. chemical engineer, technician, technical specialist) or comparable qualification
* Several years of experience in production, ideally in the chemical industry
* Leadership experience and confident manner
* Knowledge of quality management, occupational safety, and environmental protection
* Organisational skills, initiative, and ability to work in a team
* Fluent German and English
