Your tasks
Technical and production control
4. Optimal control of production activities (teams, processes, orders, materials, equipment).
5. Immediate action in the event of incidents that affect safety and/or product quality.
6. Ensuring HSE priorities and quality in the event of production problems; initiating measures.
7. Monitoring and compliance with approved shift planning.
8. Organization and monitoring of interventions on the production lines (maintenance, qualification).
9. Material and order management in SAP (consumption, labor/machine hours, order processing, batching, labels, material reconciliation).
Health, safety and environment (HSE)
10. Application of and compliance with HSE rules for yourself and the entire team.
11. Participate in risk assessment and HSE inspections.
12. Propose improvements in relation to HSE and working conditions.
13. Issuing and checking personal protective equipment (PPE).
14. Reporting safety incidents or deficiencies.
15. Ensuring the safety of internal and external personnel.
Quality and GMP compliance
16. Ensuring that all tasks are carried out in compliance with GMP regulations and quality guidelines.
17. Checking theavailability of the work plan (Hoja de ruta) before starting production.
18. Completion/delegation and verification of batch dossiers for correctness of quality data.
19. Checking and compliance with GMP standards, cleaning and the 5S standard.
20. Ensuring that all production procedures are available and up to date.
21. Checking the level of training of operators (Operarios).
Lean management and FPS (Famar Production System)
22. Daily analysis of important KPIs (OEE, performance, productivity, quality).
23. Implementation of the 5 Whys in the event of deviations from the standard to eliminate causes.
24. Weekly tracking of the progress of PDCA measures.
25. Improvement of the 5S standard in the areas.
26. Actively participate/lead FPS workshops and participate in FPS pillars.
27. Overseeing FPS training of team members.
Personnel and conflict management
28. Analyze workload and distribution of operations/tasks.
29. Participation in skills management of the team.
30. Motivating employees to achieve objectives.
31. Conducting annual performance appraisal meetings.
32. Conflict management within the teams.
33. Monitoring absenteeism and distribution of hours (Labor Efficiency).
34. Promoting "teamwork" and ensuring communication.
35. Deputizing for the shift supervisor in the event of absence.
Your profile
36. Completed vocational training, preferably in the pharmaceutical field and/or industrial food production or studies in the pharmaceutical or scientific/technical field
37. Several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical or food sector
38. SAP experience (SAP S4 Hanna)
39. Comprehensive GMP knowledge
40. Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
41. Ability to work in a team and willingness to work shifts
