Responsibilities:
1. Responsible management of project management in the area of anti-friction coatings
2. Strategic and operational responsibility for revenue development in the CNE region (DACH, BNL, Scandinavia)
3. Development of a market roadmap including pricing strategy
4. Market and competitor analysis in close cooperation with SurTec International product management
5. Handling and implementation of sales projects in cooperation with sales managers and the Competence Center in Munich
6. Execution of own projects as well as implementation of innovative project ideas
7. Support of sales through targeted customer visits, sales tools, and technical/commercial consulting
8. Multiplication of successful approaches within the SurTec group
9. Representation of the SurTec group and the anti-friction coatings application field through presentations, technical articles, and association work
10. Knowledge transfer within the German sales network
11. Point of contact for Global Product Management (GPM)
12. Representation of SurTec Deutschland GmbH at trade fairs and industry events
Qualifications:
13. Completed engineering degree, ideally in mechanical engineering, coatings engineering, or chemical engineering; alternatively, technician or industrial foreman in mechanical engineering
14. At least 3 years of relevant professional experience or practical experience in functional coatings gained during studies
15. Knowledge in coatings and/or the screw industry is an advantage
16. Entrepreneurial personality with a customer-oriented mindset
17. Analytical thinking, independent and responsible working style
18. Resilience, flexibility, teamwork skills, and determination
19. Confident appearance, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of networking
20. Solution-oriented working approach and perseverance
21. Willingness to travel including overnight stays, and a valid driving license (Class B)
22. Fluent German and English language skills
23. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); SAP knowledge is an advantage
