As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating and ensuring smooth cooperation and communication among multiple teams situated in Lodz and Frankfurt, as well as collaborating effectively with other teams within cluster, key area and branch.
You will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting the teams to adhere to agile practices, fostering a constructive and efficient environment that promotes continuous improvement and successful delivery of projects.
Your leadership will be essential in resolving impediments, coordinating cross-team efforts, and ensuring that all teams are aligned with the overall project goals and timelines. Facilitating Scrum Events: Ensure that daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives occur and are effective
Coaching the Team: Guide the team on Agile and Scrum practices to improve efficiency, quality, and collaboration
Supporting Product Owners: Help the Product Owners in their duties and responsibilities
Tool Management: Manage and administer the Agile tools (like Jira, Confluence) used by the team to ensure they are being utilized effectively
Create and present reports for management and stakeholders regarding team progress, impediments, and other metrics
Conflict Resolution: Mediate any conflicts within the team to maintain a healthy and collaborative work environment
Market Trends Monitoring: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends in Agile and Scrum, and introduce relevant practices to the team.
Track and measure team performance using Scrum metrics like velocity and burn-down charts
Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and address any concerns or needs.
High knowledge of Scrum Framework (e.g. English B2/C1 level – it is our business languag
