Senior Project Management Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of the crew, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from initiation to closure.
* Main Responsibilities:
1. You will manage interfaces between internal and external stakeholders, including communication with authorities and subcontractors, as well as overseeing on-site project execution at national and international locations.
2. Your task is to define clear performance indicators to assess project progress and support teams in implementing efficient processes, reporting standards, and organizational development initiatives.
3. You will analyze company-wide processes on both national and international levels, addressing discrepancies, and establishing standardized guidelines to ensure alignment.
