Join our team as Senior Account Manager for the Deutsche Telekom Board Area" Product and Technology" (VPT) and dedicated EU Affiliates (Natcos) in Europe.


Your Responsibilities

· Gain a comprehensive understanding of VPT and the EU Natcos of DT, set strategic goals and targets to align initiatives and ensure cohesive business support. · Develop, implement, and manage Account Plans that align with customer needs and strategic objectives, driving successful engagements and growth. · Build and maintain customer relationships, up to senior management, to foster trust, enhance satisfaction, and ensure long-term partnership value. · Collaborate with T-Systems Expert Sales and Delivery Units to identify, create, and refine use cases, leads and opportunities that address specific customer needs, supporting overall customer success. · Lead the ideation and implementation of new projects and initiatives with a focus on expanding into new business areas, driving innovation and growth. · Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through project initiation, contract negotiation, and business closure, ensuring a seamless sales process and robust business growth. · Drive business growth by ensuring account performance through proactive tracking of order entry and revenue, while managing budgeting, forecasting, and the achievement of financial targets.


Your Profile

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in developing and closing IT, network technology, or B2B projects—preferably within the telecommunications sector. Prior experience working with Deutsche Telekom or other major European Telco Providers is of advantage.
Qualifications · Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline. · Experience: At least 3-5 years in a sales role, ideally International Technical Knowledge · Understanding of Telecom IT and network (NT) landscape. · Experience with B2B products and solutions. · Strong knowledge of AI, data analytics, cloud technologies, and digital solutions. · Ability to consult customers on technical requirements and translate business needs into tailored solutions. · Up to date on digital transformation trends, including sovereignty and security topics Sales & Business Acumen · Experience in consultative selling and negotiation. · Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities. · Excellent communication skills for building and sustaining client relationships and networks. · Experienced in managing cooperation between different units, including across borders or functions. · Fluent in English, both spoken and written. · Strong resilience and proactive mindset.
