Responsibilities: You will be responsible for co defining and implementing Category Management strategies for customers in the relevant categories. You will proactively deliver compelling insights and category arguments that give confidence to our stakeholders that Haleon as category expert understands how to drive long term sustainable category growth. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following Customizing the local category vision & strategy and providing support for the customers in developing a long term plan for the categories Leads category thinking and execution within Germany and Austria for a customer or group of customers via aggregating multiple resources of data to deliver insights, trends and recommendations. Establishes and strong category relationships with top customers to ensure customer requirements are built into joint business planning process and customer marketing strategies Providing strong support to deliver in market execution of the category plan and proactively review performance: provide customer sell in stories to win & defend listings and track performance of NPDs to derive recommendations and further growth potential Providing best in class assortment and shelf management services to identify potentials at customer level Collaborating with the commercial teams to enhance business planning and being a core member of a cross functional commercial team to deliver the annual negotiations with customers and ongoing customer interactions Tracking performance in the market, developing your insights and landing these internally and externally to drive performance. Works cross functionally to also evaluate promotion performance and mechanics and their associated impact on the category and performance Leverages all the resources available within Haleon as needed to deliver the performance such as the Shopper Science Lab and its varied Tech solutions, Regional Category Development teams and Global Marketing Channel resources Why you?
