Über Sie und diese Rolle
Für unsere drei Dow-Methylcelluloseanlagen in Bitterfeld suchen wir im Rahmen der Nachfolgeplanung zunächst befristet für zwei Jahre eine:n Anlagenbediener:in im Schichtbetrieb. Sie starten überwiegend im Außenbereich, um die Anlagen kennen zu lernen.
In diesen Anlagen verarbeiten wir Cellulose aus nachhaltiger Forstwirtschaft. Daraus stellen wir Methylcellulose her, die zum Beispiel in der Bauindustrie als Verdickungs- und Bindemittel eingesetzt wird.
Verantwortlichkeiten
1. Bedienen der Anlagen im Außenbereich - in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team in der Leitwarte.
2. Annahme und Kontrolle von Rohstoffen (Entleeren von Kesselwagen, Waggons und LKWs).
3. Befüllen von Silofahrzeugen.
4. Schrittweise Mitarbeit an der Anlagensteuerung über das Prozessleitsystem.
5. Durchführung einfacher Labortätigkeiten zur Qualitätskontrolle und -sicherung.
Qualifikationen
6. Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einer chemisch-technischer Fachrichtung: Chemikant:in, Mechtroniker:in oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.
7. Erfahrung im Betrieb von verfahrenstechnischen Anlagen der Großindustrie im Schichtbetrieb.
8. Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an chemischen Prozessen.
9. G26.2 Tauglichkeit.
10. Idealerweise Staplerschein.
