Since its inception, the company has consistently expanded its operations and established branches across multiple locations in China—including but not limited to key regions such as North China, East China, and South China—forming an extensive business network.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for meeting all KPIs for Key Accounts, KA Wholesale, and the Vape sales channel.
2. Customer Insight:
Immerse in understanding and analyzing key account needs and consumer behavior dynamics.
3. Client Relationship Management:
Primary liaison for key account operational teams, maintaining premium client relationships.
Core contact for major wholesalers within the designated territory.
Identify client needs and drive new product adoption through effective communication and solution-selling.
4. Brand Building & Retail Support:
Strengthen brand recognition and advocacy by equipping retailers with market knowledge and regulatory compliance training.
5. Regional Target Achievement:
Aggressively drive sales, market share, distribution, product placement, and market coverage goals within assigned territories.
6. Resource Optimization:
Ensure surgically precise execution of trade incentives and promotional campaigns.
7. Competitive Intelligence:
Continuously monitor, analyze, and report competitor activities and strategic maneuvers.
8. Business Expansion:
Leverage deep category expertise and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and capture new business potential.


Requirements:

1. High self-motivation with exceptional time and resource management capabilities
2. Superior communication and interpersonal skills that swiftly build trust and collaborative relationships
3. Proactive mindset coupled with sharp judgment; makes decisive, independent decisions when necessary
4. Exceptionally self-driven — actively sets and pursues ambitious goals
5. Industry preference: Prior experience in the vape/e-cigarette sector is advantageous
6. Language & Skills: Native/bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English; valid driver’s license preferred
