Project Manager – Hochbau, Leipzig
An excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join a leading national and international engineering consulting firm, based in their Leipzig office.
Location: Leipzig, Germany
Salary: €50,000 – €70,000 (depending on experience)
Job Description:
The Resolute Group is proud to partner with a top-tier engineering consultancy, actively seeking a Project Manager for major building construction projects in Leipzig. This role is ideal for someone with a background in all project phases, from planning through to handover.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage complex, turnkey building construction projects (e.g., residential, commercial and industrial developments)
* Independently plan, control, and monitor all project processes
* Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, consultants, engineers, and internal technical teams
* Calculate budgets and resources for construction services
* Contribute to and lead interdisciplinary planning and execution processes
* Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
* Provide technical guidance and leadership to your team and stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience:
* Successfully completed degree (Dipl.-Ing., BSc or MSc) in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a comparable field
* Several years of proven professional experience in the execution and management of building construction or industrial construction projects in accordance with DIN / Eurocode
* Proficient in RIB iTWO
* Confident use of CAD software (e.g., Revit)
* Solid understanding of construction contract law (VOB)
* Fluent in German (B2 level or higher is essential)
