Flow down contract‑specific quality requirements to projects, suppliers, and subcontractors. Ensure project milestones and review gates are planned and implemented. Ensure customer deliverables meet customer requirements. Plan and perform Quality Control Activities with responsible personnel. Manage non‑conformances within project and service teams, trace root causes, and track resolution implementation. Escalate hot topics and items of non‑compliance. Promote a preventative culture, providing business process awareness, training, and coaching. Facilitate the lessons‑learned process and share best practices. Desired Skills And Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field. Experience: Proven track‑record in program/project management, preferably in software development environments. Quality Expertise: Practical experience in quality management (ideally software quality) and familiarity with auditing processes. Standards & Frameworks: Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 or EN 9100; familiarity with AQAP 2000 series, CMMI, or V‑Model frameworks is highly valued. Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, independence, and collaborative spirit for international teamwork. Languages: Fluency in English and German (C1 level) is essential.
