Project Procurement Specialist
The key objective of this role is to oversee the entire project procurement process. This involves analyzing technical requirements, managing contracts with suppliers, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Procuring project-specific components and materials in accordance with technical specifications.
* Leading contract negotiations with suppliers to secure the best deals.
* Monitoring project needs in the ERP system and adjusting procurement strategies accordingly.
* Conducting supplier audits and verifying timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
* Evaluating technical requirements to inform sourcing strategy decisions.
* Regularly assessing key suppliers to ensure their performance meets project expectations.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as supply chain, engineering, or business.
* Experience working in an industrial environment, preferably in automated production systems.
* Strong understanding of technical specifications and ability to interpret complex project requirements.
* Excellent negotiation skills and cost analysis capabilities.
* Analytical and results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
* Team-oriented, adaptable, and proactive problem-solving approach.
* Proficiency in English and either French or German.
